Rooted in F.E.A.R. is a 33-card deck with an intent to shift you from fearful to featless using a 4-step process. This process guides you to work through your fear, and any other feeling or emotion that surfaces as you do this transformational work. Fear is normal, but in the awareness you can pivot and move out of that lower vibrational frequency. Use these 4-steps to support your shift to realign to a balanced state of wellness.
 
Each card will provide a key word often identified as the root of the fear. Each card will contain two messages: near the root you will find a prompt to consider related to the fear, and a message of what can be on the other side of the fear when working through the process and realigning.
